MAISON SANDERS RETURN POLICY

At Maison Sanders, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Include all original tags and packaging.

  • Be free of stains, odors, damage, or alterations.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Trade-Ins

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer trade-ins for eligible items.

The trade-in value will be equal to the amount you originally paid for the returned product (excluding shipping charges, taxes, and any applicable fees). The trade-in value can be used toward another product available on the Maison Sanders website.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after 30 days.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products intentionally altered by the customer.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
